missingWrote a review on Dec 13noisy streetmediocre breakfast
absolutley horrendous experience, just ugh! I asked for a quiet room and got one facing a noisy street—thanks for nothing! Plus, breakfast was cold and practically ran out halfway through. And woudl it kill them to offer a complimentary upgrade? I mean, I can't believe they didn’t prioritize us, most disappointin! !

The staff was incredibly accommodating during our stay, helping us
navigate the city and even providing sunscreen when I realized I forgot mine. The room was clean and comfortable, but the shower was a bit finicky with water pressure. Overall, a great experience!

The hotel's location is ideal for exploring Madaba, just a short walk to significant mosaics and local attractions.
Breakfast options were limited, with many items running out quickly and not being replenished.

Had a great time staying here with friends. The staff was super friendly and helped us out a lot during our visit. The hotel's in a central spot, making it easy to check out places like the Church of St George and the local craft shops. Breakfast had plenty of tasty options, and the rooms were super comfortable.
There was some bad odor in the bathroom, which was a bit off-putting during our stay. This could be improved to enhance the overall experience.

The room was spacious and clean, which is a must when traveling with three kids. We loved being close to the local shops and the kids enjoyed the nearby restaurants like McDonald's. Plus, the strong A/C kept us comfortable during our visit.
My wife says that the shower's water drainage could be better.

comfortable stay but some service lags
I had a fantastic experience during my one-night stay with my family in the deluxe twin room. The staff went above and beyond, offering exceptional bar service and greeting us with the warmest hospitality. We enjoyed the delicious breakfast that certainly topped what you would find at hotels back in the US. The city view from our room added a lovely touch to our mornings.

missingWrote a review on May 27welcoming staffcomfortable roomgreat breakfastbreakfast replenishmentcommunication issue
This hotel made me feel right at home. The staff were incredibly welcoming, treating me like family. The room was spacious and clean, with a nice big bed that was super comfortable. I loved having a small balcony to relax on. Breakfast was delightful, especially the traditional Jordanian mansaf – it exceeded my expectations! Although, I noticed some breakfast items ran out quickly, and it could have benefited from better replenishment. The parking was convenient and made access easy, and being just a short walk from the main attractions in Madaba was a big plus. A little issue arose with communication regarding taxi payment, but it got resolved eventually. Overall, this hotel is a wonderful choice if you're exploring Madaba.
